TERMS AND CONDITIONS – WEATHER, CANCELLATIONS AND ATTENDANCE

Lessons at S.Round Equestrian normally go ahead in all weather conditions, including rain. If a lesson is cancelled by us due to weather or safety reasons, you will be contacted as soon as possible and the lesson will not be charged.

Lessons may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full. A maximum rider weight of 13 stone (85kg) applies for lessons on our horses.

Do not assume a lesson is cancelled due to weather unless you have been contacted directly. If you choose not to attend due to weather and the lesson is still running, the normal cancellation policy applies.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Lessons cannot be extended beyond their allocated time. Failure to attend without notice (no-shows) will be charged in full.

Riders are responsible for wearing suitable clothing for the weather.
